About the region

Project Location: Taif – Al Hada The history of Al Hada combines heritage and development. Its ancient route, known as the “Darb Al Jamala,” dates back over a thousand years, connecting Makkah to Taif. The area witnessed major development with the construction of “Al Hada (Al Kurr) Road” in 1965 during King Faisal’s reign, serving as the first paved mountain road in the Middle East. Subsequent expansions during King Khalid and King Abdullah's reigns transformed the region into a renowned historical and natural tourist destination, famous for its mild climate year-round, as well as its modern resorts and farms developed during King Salman's reign, may God protect him, with support from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman across various sectors. The project is located 30 minutes from Makkah and less than two hours from Jeddah, in one of Al Hada’s most prestigious residential districts (Prince Abdullah Al Faisal District), distinguished by breathtaking mountain cliff view, stunning natural landscapes, with all essential services available, minutes away from a variety of tourist attractions.

Description of the project

A private hotel villa consisting of 4 floors and a garden overlooking a mountain cliff, enough to accommodate 14 people. It contains elements of international hospitality, such as relaxation and recreation that touches all the senses. It is designed to be an artistic experience that reflects the historical depth of the region, combining fun, adventure, and culture.
